At FITYOU. we offer a range of group classes designed to keep you fit and motivated and most of all – having fun. Choose from our fantastic range of classes that are available throughout the week, at times which suit your lifestyle. Our classes are led by highly trained and qualified instructors and use only the finest state-of-the-art equipment.
CHOOSE A CLASS

PILATES
Our intimate pilates classes will help you make the most of your time at the gym. Exercise your mind, body and soul with our beginner, intermediate and advance level classes.
BOXING
Our boxing classes run twice a day, seven days a week. We keep our classes small with a strict maximum of 16 people per class so that you receive the attention you deserve.
SPIN CLASS
For the ultimate work out, you can’t go past a spin class. Our spin classes really make you work it! You’ll leave feeling sweaty but oh-so satisfied.
YOGA
Tone your body while calming your mind with our yoga classes. We run beginning, intermediate and advance classes in small groups with certified instructors.
